Q: Are your chocolates 100% authentic?
A: Absolutely. At The Sweet D.O.S.E, we pride ourselves on offering only genuine, original products. We source our inventory directly from authorized distributors and reputable importers to ensure you receive the real deal—whether it’s Lindt, Godiva, Ferrero Rocher, or other premium brands.
Q: How do I check the expiry date of the products?
A: We follow strict quality control measures and never ship products that are expired or close to their expiration date. The expiry date is clearly printed on the original packaging of every item. If you have a specific query about a batch before ordering, feel free to contact us.
Q: Do you sell products suitable for vegetarians?
A: Many of our imported chocolates are vegetarian, but some international recipes may contain egg or animal-derived gelatin. We clearly label our products on the website. Please check the “Product Details” section on the individual product page for the Green Dot (Vegetarian) symbol or ingredients list.
Shipping & Delivery (The “Melting” Policy)
Q: Will my chocolates melt during shipping?
A: We take extra precautions to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition. We use thermal insulation packaging and, when necessary, ice gel packs to regulate the temperature during transit.
We recommend refrigerating the package for 30 minutes before opening to allow the chocolates to set perfectly.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
You will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship only within India. This helps us ensure freshness, as international transit timelines may compromise the quality of delicate chocolates.
Gifting & Special Occasions
Q: Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
A: Yes! The Sweet D.O.S.E is perfect for gifting. Simply enter the recipient’s address as the Shipping Address during checkout. We do not include price tags or physical invoices in gift parcels.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
A: Yes, we offer premium gift wrapping for a nominal fee. You can also add a personalized message at checkout, which we handwrite on a card and include inside the box.
Q: Do you accept bulk orders for weddings or corporate events?
A: Absolutely. Whether you need Godiva hampers for corporate clients or Ferrero towers for weddings, we curate custom bulk orders.

Payments, Returns & Refunds
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and select Wallets.
Q: Can I return the products if I don’t like them?
A: Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preferences.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take a photo and email us within 24 hours of delivery. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Storage Tips
Q: How should I store my imported chocolates?
A: To maintain the best texture and flavor:
- Store in a cool, dry place (15°C–18°C)
- Avoid direct sunlight
If refrigeration is necessary, store chocolates in an airtight container to prevent odor absorption and sugar bloom (white spots).
