1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

1.2 Post-Processing Cancellation
- Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

- Due to the nature of our products (food items, chocolates, coffee, and biscuits), certain orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, especially weather-sensitive items that have entered transit logistics.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Failed Delivery Cancellations
