1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via:

  • Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, customers may refer to our Return Policy, if the product is eligible for return (unopened and within 7 days).

2. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Due to the nature of our products (food items, chocolates, coffee, and biscuits), certain orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, especially weather-sensitive items that have entered transit logistics.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refund Processing Time: 5 to 15 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on bank or payment gateway policies.

4. Failed Delivery Cancellations

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the order without valid reason

Then:

  • The order will be treated as cancelled, and
  • Return shipping charges or re-delivery costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Order Modification

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • If changes are required, customers must request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe and place a new order.

6. Payment Methods for Refunds

Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method, including:

  • Credit / Debit Cards
  • UPI

7. Shipping Cancellations

  • If shipping has already started, cancellation is not possible.
